Purchase Car from CSD Canteens – CGDA Reply in JCM Council
CGDA published the minutes of 49th SCM of III level JCM Council meeting held on 25th April, 2016. In the meeting, a question raised from Staff Side that the eligibility of purchase of car from CSD Canteens.
Point: Employees drawing Grade Pay of Rs.4600 to Rs.5400 should be eligible to purchase car from CSD Canteens
Reply : The issue does not come under the purview of the CGDA. Hence, issue may be raised at JCM II level.
