Lucknow Army Canteen Online Token Appointment Booking System:

The Department of Canteen Stores (CSD) has issued guidelines for all URC canteens to open sales to CSD customers with strict restrictions. All unit-run canteens have created a specific website for their CSD customers to book. Only a minimum of one day customers is allowed to purchase items from the canteen store. Advance token booking is done in online only.

How to book URC online booking for purchasing items?

CSD URC Online Booking Process

1. All entitled personnel is welcome to avail the available facilities. Timing at present is from 09.00 hours (9 am) to 16.00 hours (4 pm).
2. In view of covid-19 and existing policy constraints, all serving/ex-servicemen and their families, dependents on URC MUPSA are requested to take prior appointment on the website www.urcmupsa.com and show e-token while entering at the canteen gate either for purchasing of grocery/liquor item and also for renewal, activation/linking of pan card.
​3. Printout of email for booking confirmation or the confirmation email on mobile is required to be shown at the main gate of URC.
​4. Only one person per smart card is allowed to enter in the URC Premises. No purchase of CSD items by non-entitled personnel will be permitted. Appropriate action will be initiated against the defaulters.
​5. Canteen cardholder should be present at the time of renewal of cards, along with original pan and Aadhar cards.
​6. Covid protocols (mask, sanitization, thermal check, and social distancing0 will have strictly adhered to all customers are requested to co-operate. Persons living in the containment zone are not allowed to enter the URC premises.
​7. Children/personnel with chronic disease/medical conditions are advised not to visit the URC.
​8. With immediate effect no one is allowed to enter in the URC Mupsa premises without a prior appointment. On-line booking for entry into the URC premises is mandatory.
​9. No cash transactions are permitted in this URC for the purchase of CSD items.
10. All payments for CSD items purchased at the URC will be done by the entitled personnel by using only their own atm/debit card.
