The AFD CSD Online Portal is currently accepting suggestions for corrections in the dealer, price, and URC sections. It is important to note that this website is not for profit, but rather a service provided to Armed Personnel and Ex-Servicemen. Due to the high volume of traffic, the portal may experience some lag. To avoid this, customers are advised to visit during early morning or late-night hours for a smoother experience. The newly launched online website of CSD is soliciting valuable feedback on the process of purchasing AFD products through the portal. The Canteen Stores Department has been serving for over a century. The online portal for sales of AFD-I items will be available from 10 AM on January 1st, 2021, or earlier if the selling price applicable for the month of January 2021 is updated. If an item shows the remark “Temporarily Not Available,” it means that the rate for January 2021 has not been received from the OEMs/Firms. Therefore, the items will only be available for sale on the portal after the rates are updated. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we aim to provide the best services and quality at the most reasonable price.

If you have any other queries, please call the Helpline number of CS Dated 011-26181892. The CSD AFD Online portal is now available for soft launch trials and beta testing. After logging in, please use the menu link to send your valuable feedback. During the Covid period, beneficiaries are requested to make an online payment on the portal through net banking and avoid visiting the Bank physically. If you cannot find dealer/depot/URC in the dropdown or the price is not showing correctly on the portal, please contact CSD Helpdesk Contact Number – 022-79669455 Helpdesk Email Id – supdtafd@csdindia.gov.in for correction in dealer/price data. Depots and URCs can report any issues they face while entering manual orders using the Feedback link under Menu.

The 19 digits’ alphanumeric number is printed on the front page of your CSD Grocery Card.
The 16 digits number is printed on your CSD Grocery bill. Check any of your Grocery bills purchased in the URC canteen.
Enter your date of enrollment date or enter the date on when you joined in service (Defence civilians).
Options are Officers (Pay Level 10-18), JCO (Pay Level 7-9), and OR (Pay Level 3A-6). If you Defence Civilian, leave blank.
