AP Transport RC Card 2023

b) To obtain a duplicate Learner’s License in Andhra Pradesh, you need to provide either a copy of your existing Learner’s License or information such as the Learner’s License number, applicant name, father’s name, date of birth, and date of issuance. The validity of the duplicate license will be the same as that of the original Learner’s License.
c) To obtain a learner’s license in AP, the applicant must provide either a cash receipt or application number from their previous learner’s license test. Please note that the applicant may only be eligible for a retest 7 days after their last online test.
2 Wheeler Driving License Fees in AP 2023
The Andhra Pradesh RTO charges various fees for obtaining a Learner’s Licence. These fees are determined based on the category of licence, and include an application fee as well as a service charge. For a fresh Learner’s Licence, the application fee is Rs. 30/- for each licence category, and there is also a service charge of Rs. 30/-. Three-wheelers account for 34.09%, while four-wheelers using petrol and diesel take up 12% and 2% of the vehicular pollution load, respectively. Trucks make up 18.85% of the pollution, buses 1.54%, and other categories make up 0.26%.
