To obtain Haryana RTO vehicle registration details, you must follow a specific procedure. Haryana Driving Licence online
The process of obtaining a driving license in Haryana can be done through the Licensing Authority in the applicant’s area of residence or business. Getting a Learner Licence is a necessary step towards obtaining a permanent driving licence. In Haryana, a Learner Licence is valid for 6 months and serves as a temporary driving licence. To apply for a Learner Licence in Haryana, you need to provide 3 copies of passport size colour photograph, proof of age, and proof of residence. For proof of residence, you can submit any of the following documents – passport, electoral role/voter ID, proof of legal presence in India in addition to proof of residence in case of foreigners, electricity/telephone/water charges bill, certificate of registration in case of firm or company, certificate issued by the principal of educational institution in case of students residing in a hostel, rent deed/rent agreement, house allotment letter issued by a government department, employers certificate supported by attested copy of ID card, and consent of parent in case of a minor.

Haryana Permit Fees 2023
Haryana permit fees can now be easily obtained through a streamlined digital platform. H.T.V. fees cost 5250+200 = 5450/- for five years or 1200+200 = 1400/- for one year.
