CSD AFD Online Portal Announcement for Its Customers

The CSD AFD Online Portal Latest Announcement for May 2023 states that the sale for May 2023 will be closed on May 27, 2023, at 06:00 PM. Beneficiaries are advised that user registration and any modifications can only be done between 6:00 PM to 10:00 AM daily. The AFD Help Desk can be reached at 0120-6933434 between 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM from Monday to Sunday.

Effective from October 1, 2022, the applicability of Compensation Cess on CSD Outward Supplies on Four Wheelers & Two Wheelers (as applicable) is being implemented by CSD HO. Thus, there will be a slight increase in selling cost of the vehicles due to GST implications.

It is to be noted that due to the ongoing price revision by the OEMs, water purifiers and LED/LCD/Plasma are currently unavailable for sale. Efforts are being made with the OEMs to update prices at the earliest. The inconvenience is sincerely regretted.

Please note that the images in the portal are not actual. Beneficiaries may visit respective OEMs website or dealers showroom to know/see the actual product and image. If an item/index is not visible in the portal, it means that the selling rate is not submitted by OEM due to changes in model/price/production issues, etc. Such items will be available for sale as and when rates are received and updated in the portal.

For all refund cases, CSD beneficiaries have to submit an application to nominated URC along with Bank & Account Details for processing refund by URC & Concerned CSD Depots. Please refer to CONTACT US to get details of email IDs to approach concerned Offices. Also, please see “FAQ, Eligibility Criteria and How to Make Payment” menus in the Portal before placing any demand.
