Sales for November will be opened on 1.11.2021 at 3.00 PM

Not listed in CSD AFD Portal: If an item or index is not visible in the portal means that the selling rate is not submitted by OEM due to changes in model or price or production issue etc. Such items will be available for sale as and when rates are received and updated in the portal.

CSD AFD Refund: For all refund cases, CSD beneficiary have to submit an application to nominated URC along with Bank & Account Details for processing refund by URC & Concerned CSD Depots. [Check Nominated URC List]

Attention: Esteemed Beneficiaries & Business Partners: It has come to our notice that few third party firms pose themselves as agents and middlemen for facilitating various works in the department. A few fake websites of CSD and AFD Portal have been created by such unauthorised persons to misguide stakeholders of the CSD. It is clarified that canteen stores department is a Government of India organization under the Ministry of Defence. We do not deal with the agents/middlemen and/or their representatives, in any way. utilizing the services of such unauthorized persons by any firm, if established may lead to unilateral deletion of their products and possible blacklisting. CSD AFD announced that the sales for September 2021 will be stopped on 27th September 2021 (27.9.2021 Monday) at 8.00 PM.

Sale for this month will be stopped on 27th Aug @ 8 pm

With effect from 15th May 2021 Only for loan cases, the loan amount sanctioned by Bank can be made by direct bank transfer into bank account of CSD HO and balance amount if any have to be deposited through AFD Portal Payment Gateway only.

For all refund cases, CSD beneficiary have to submit an application to nominated URC along with Bank & Account Details for processing refund by URC & Concerned CSD Depots.
