Sales for September 2021 Will Be Stopped on 27.9.2021

The CSD AFD highlight the news to the customers on the portal as follows: Sales for September 2021 will be stopped on 27th September 2021 (Monday) at 8 PM. [More news]

CSD AFD Portal is Back to Action Now!

CSD AFD Portal is back to action now – Sales will resume after 2.30 PM on 12 September 2021 (Sunday)

Sale for the month of September 2021 will start on 01st September 10 AM onwards

If an item/index is not visible in the portal means that the selling rate is not submitted by OEM due to changes in Model/Price/ Production issue etc., Such items will be available for sale as and when rates are received and updated in the portal.

For all refund cases, CSD beneficiaries have to submit an application to nominated URC along with Bank & Account Details for processing refund by URC & Concerned CSD Depots.

Beware / Caution Message

Canteen Stores Department (CSD) AFD Online Portal: The canteen management has given an alert message while opening the website. All CSD AFD customers are requested to read the instructions carefully given by the AFD portal.

Officially CSD does not send email/SMS or calls over phone to get customer’s personal information, password or seek one time SMS (high security) password or ask customers to download any APP or payment link to transfer money etc.

Never respond to such emaiI/ SMS or phone call and do not share personal information.

lf customers are responding to such messages, it will be at their own risk & cost.

CSD AFD-1 purchase has been made online since December 2020. Please login in the portal to know the CSD registered dealers (https://afd.csdindia.gov.in)

CSD beneficiary should NOT make payment directly to CSD registered dealer for purchasing AFD-1 items. Online payment ONLY has to be made through Payment Gateway option provided in CSD AFD portal.

All AFD-1 items purchase will happen through CSD AFD portal only. (ie) https://afd.csdindia.gov.in and no other URL/ web address to be used.

Urgent Information to all Beneficiaries

RATES AS RECEIVED FROM OEM ARE UPDATED IN PORTAL AND ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE. IF AN ITEM/INDEX IS NOT VISIBILE IN THE PORTAL MEANS THAT THE SELLING RATE IS NOT SUBMITTED BY OEM DUE TO CHANGES IN MODEL/PRICE/PRODUCTION ISSUE ETC. SUCH ITEMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR SALE AS AND WHEN RATES ARE RECEIVED & UPDATED IN PORTAL.

W.e.f 15th May 2021 Only for loan cases, the loan amount sanctioned by Bank can be made by direct bank transfer into bank account of CSD HO and balance amount if any have to be deposited through AFD Portal Payment Gateway only.
